Rental Process Explained

Renting a home can be overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure what comes next. Our goal is to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible. Below is an outline of our renting process so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Schedule a Viewing

Fill out the Property Inquiry Form on our contact us page to tell us which property you are interested in. We will reach out about appointment availability. From there we will meet at the property to do a walk through together and answer any questions you may have.

2. Complete a Rental Application

At your viewing appointment we will have a rental application printed off for you to fill out. A background and credit check are required for all applicants, with a $35 application fee per adult (18 and older). The $35 application fee is for the background check to be completed. There will be a response from us within 7-10 days if we receive a qualifying background check.

3. Lease Signing

Once approved we will meet at the property for the lease signing. At the time of lease signing, tenants must provide the first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit.
